About Brooke’s Chem-Dry in Leavenworth, KS
Locally owned since April 1998. The only Chem-Dry in Leavenworth County. A different process and a different kind of company.
Locally Owned Since April 4, 1998
Brooke’s Chem-Dry has been cleaning carpets, upholstery, and hard floors for Leavenworth County families for over 25 years. We opened our doors on April 4, 1998, and we’re still here. Same owners. Same commitment. Same county.
We serve Leavenworth, Lansing, Fort Leavenworth, Basehor, Tonganoxie, and Linwood. Fort Leavenworth military families especially know us well. PCS moves, base housing, pre-inspection cleans before a return to the landlord. We’ve done this work for generations of families stationed at the post.
We’re the only Chem-Dry in Leavenworth County. When you call us, you’re calling the people who show up.
Why We Use Hot Carbonating Extraction
Most carpet cleaning companies use steam cleaning, which floods carpet fibers with hot water and suction. Our process is different. Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) uses the power of carbonation to lift dirt from deep in the fibers.
- About 80% less water than steam cleaning, so carpets dry in 1 to 2 hours
- The Natural®, our core cleaning agent, uses carbonation, not harsh detergents
- No dirt-attracting residue left in carpet fibers after cleaning
- Removes non-living allergens from carpet and upholstery
Kansas humidity means grout lines darken faster and carpet holds allergens longer than in dry climates. HCE is the right match for this region. We’ve been doing it this way since 1998 because it works.

One company for carpet, upholstery, hard floors, pet odor, tile, and area rugs. You don’t need to call four different services.
Carpet Cleaning
Deep cleaning with Hot Carbonating Extraction. Dries in 1 to 2 hours. No dirt-attracting residue.

Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T.)
