Concrete Floor Cleaning in Leavenworth, KS | Brooke’s Chem-Dry
Professional extraction removes embedded oil, grease, and grime from garage, basement, and commercial concrete. Leavenworth County since 1998.
Concrete Is Porous. Mopping Does Not Fix That.
Concrete looks hard and solid, but it is porous at the surface. Oil, grease, and grime penetrate into the concrete over time. Mopping moves the soil across the surface. It does not lift what is already inside the pores.
Hot Carbonating Extraction uses carbonation and pressurized rinsing to flush embedded contamination out of the concrete and extract it. The result is cleaner concrete than any mop-and-bucket approach produces. Call (913) 351-3508 to schedule or get a quote.
How We Clean Concrete Floors
- Assess the concrete. We check the surface condition, note heavy staining or oil penetration, and confirm the concrete type before selecting the right pre-treatment. Old, set stains require different treatment than fresh soil.
- Apply pre-treatment solution. A professional-grade cleaner is applied to the surface and allowed to dwell. It breaks down embedded oil, grease, and grime so extraction can remove it rather than just move it.
- Extract with pressurized rinsing. Hot Carbonating Extraction flushes the loosened contamination out of the concrete surface and removes it. We use about 80% less water than traditional pressure washing or flood-mopping methods.
- Optional: apply concrete sealer. Sealing after cleaning closes the porous surface and slows future staining. Ask about adding sealing to your visit when you call.

Concrete Floor Cleaning Questions
Can you remove oil stains from concrete?
Oil stains on concrete respond to targeted pre-treatment and extraction. Fresh oil lifts more easily than old, set stains. Call (913) 351-3508 and describe the stain. We will tell you what to expect before you schedule.
How long before the concrete is dry and usable?
Concrete floors are typically dry and ready for foot traffic within 1 to 2 hours. We use about 80% less water than traditional pressure washing, so drying time is significantly shorter. For vehicle traffic in a garage, wait until the surface is fully dry before driving on it.
Does sealing concrete actually help?
Yes. Sealing closes the porous surface so oil, grease, and moisture cannot penetrate as easily. A sealed concrete floor is easier to clean and holds the result longer between professional cleanings. We apply sealer as an add-on after cleaning. Ask about it when you call.
Do you clean commercial concrete floors?
Yes. We clean commercial concrete in warehouses, shop floors, and utility spaces throughout Leavenworth County. For commercial work, we discuss access, timing, and staging before the job. Call (913) 351-3508 with the square footage for a commercial quote.
