How We Clean Your Carpet
Every carpet cleaning visit follows the same four-step process. It takes about 1 to 2 hours for a typical home, and your carpets are ready to walk on shortly after we leave.
- Pre-inspection. We check fiber type, existing stains, and high-traffic wear before we start. This determines the right settings and solution concentration for your specific carpet.
- Apply The Natural®. Our carbonated cleaning solution is applied to carpet fibers. Millions of microscopic bubbles lift dirt to the surface without soaking the carpet.
- Hot Carbonating Extraction. Our equipment extracts the carbonated solution and the loosened dirt from the fibers. About 80% less water is used compared to traditional steam cleaning.
- Final grooming. Carpet fibers are brushed to restore their natural texture. Most carpets are dry in 1 to 2 hours.
